1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging CVS Companies ("Company", "we", "our") for website development, application engineering, custom software, or cloud solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

Every commercial development project is governed by an agreed statement of work (SOW) specifying deliverables, milestones, technical specifications, and expected timelines. Revisions or requests outside the initial scope are handled transparently through mutual agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, 100% ownership of custom source code, website designs, graphic assets, and databases produced specifically for the client transfers entirely to the client.

4. Transparent Pricing & Payments

We believe in upfront, straightforward pricing. Estimates provided prior to project kickoff represent genuine commitments. Payment terms typically follow phased milestone deliverables.

5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

We provide a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty covering any technical bugs, rendering errors, or broken features resulting directly from our codebase. Ongoing maintenance plans are available for continuous support.

6. Limitation of Liability

CVS Companies strives for engineering excellence. However, we are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party hosting outages, domain registrars, external API downtime, or client modifications made to source code after delivery.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and any agreements entered into with CVS Companies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, within the jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh.
